SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Apart from in store pickup, items can be shipped via SF Express local couriers. Delivery to a business address or pickup in any SF locations (or SF lockers) is $35. Delivery to a residential address is $60. Free local delivery on orders $600 or above. Client will receive a shipping notification once the order is shipped. Same day express delivery will incur an additional HK$100 fee only available for orders made before 12pm on weekdays.

  • We use SF Express for delivery to China, Macao and Taiwan. Delivery fee will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the goods.
  • For rest of the world, we ship our products via Hong Kong Registered Post. Shipping is from HK$150 – $450 (subject to the location and total weight of the order), delivery is 2-4 weeks after shipped. We will quote the shipping fee to customer before order confirmation.
  • Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hello@logosbee.com.hk to your safe sender list.

  • Personalized items are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be ready for collection or delivery. If you need any item sooner, please do let us know, we will try our best to arrange it.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, you may return products for a full refund within 7 days in original packaging. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. The customer will be required to use a trackable or signed for delivery service, at the customers own cost. Once a return has been received and accepted by LogosBee, refunds will be credited back to the customer using their original payment method, e.g. PayPal , Online Credit or credit card.

Please also note that Personalized items that are specially made with specific name, message or other customized aspect are not eligible for a return or exchange.

We accept PayPal and PayMe payments. Bank Transfer is also accepted to our HSBC account.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact our customer service department at hello@logosbee.com.hk.

ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order. You may email us at hello@logosbee.com.hk. Please reference your previous order number.
